Photography becomes more animated
21Apr11
An interesting fashion photography blog, From Me to You, has introduced me to a different but appealing visual effect. It’s neither a true photograph, nor a film; but a stage somewhere in between that redefines gif animation and only animates a small amount of a photographic image. This draws attention to the subject in a pleasing way.
I guess the easiest way to desicbe the effect is if you think of the photos in the newspapers shown in the Harry Potter movies – where the photos appear to animate in a short loop. But the examples are more subtle and stylised.

Hmm it looks like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m
thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any suggestions for first-time blog writers? I’d genuinely
appreciate it.
Wonderful goods from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff previous to
and you’re just extremely excellent. I actually like what you’ve acquired here, really like what you’re saying and the way in which you say it.
You make it entertaining and you still care for to keep it sensible.
I can not wait to read much more from you. This is actually a terrific website.
